Our State of the art manufacturing facility is equipped with CNC Turning center, Gear Hobbing Machine, Gear Shaping Machine, Gear Grinding Machine centre and an Induction Hardening Machine. At A S Tech Industries we lay a strong emphasis on quality, a focus that is across the entire product manufacturing cycle For Example We use very high end bi-metal bushes in swing Device planetary Gears
Our capabilities are as follows:
- CNC TURNING CENTER - For better quality in terms of performance and finish.
- GEAR HOBBING MACHINES-Manufacturing of Spur Gears and Helical Gears 1to 10 module
- CNC MACHINING CENTER- High accuracy in Hole Size, PCD with accuracy level of less than 10 microns
- GEAR SHAPING MACHINE To produce internal Gears and Step Gears from 0.5 module to 6 module of up to 600mm diameter.
- INDUCTION HARDENING MACHINE Pins and Shafts of up to 2.5 meters in length can be heat treated using in this machine
- Gear Grinding Machine for Grinding of Spur and Helical Gears from 1 to 6 modules
